Private sessions are one-on-one.

Sessions utilise a variety of Pilates apparatus, e.g., the Cadillac/Trap Table, Stability Chair, the Ladder Barrel, the Spine Corrector, the Arc Barrel, Mat work and the Reformer.

By integrating the various apparatus into the Pilates Method clients experience a stronger, deeper connection with their “Power House”, this leads to a healthy, strong, flexible body.
