Practice Authentic style Pilates in a small group of four. Sessions run for 55 minutes. With a focus on the core muscles and stability, the result is rapid toning, strength, improved posture and a longer, leaner form. Our sessions proudly follow an authentic Pilates sequence of exercises and will strengthen and stretch you in a challenging way.
Suitable for all injury free clients we maintain a focus on the basic Pilates principals. There are over 500+ exercises in the Pilates System across a range of studio apparatus, which allows is to cater for beginners and the advanced and client.
Sessions primarily utilise the Reformer, however Mat work and other apparatus may also be used.
