Group Sessions

Practice Authentic style Pilates in a small group of four. Sessions run for 55 minutes. With a focus on the core muscles and stability,  the result is rapid toning, strength, improved posture and a longer, leaner form.

Our sessions follow a fairly standard Pilates flow of exercises and run for 55 minutes.

The Basic leading to Intermediate (Basic-Int) sessions are suitable for all. Just because the session is deemed Basic-Int doesn’t mean the sessions is “easy”. As participants become familiar with the Pilates repertoire and flow additional exercises are added.

The Intermediate leading to  Advance (Int-Adv) are designed to lead the participants through more of the full Pilates repertoire..

Sessions primarily utilise the Reformer,  however Mat work and other apparatus may also be used.
